Baucom Building Maintenance, Inc. was established in 1971 by two brother, Leslie and Kermit Baucom, who worked hard and created a business that has succeeded for over forty years and has set the janitorial standard by which all janitorial companies in the Golden Triangle strive to acheive.

Leslie Baucom became the sole owner in 1993 and continued to grow his business by offering quality customer service. His son-in-law, Keith Bryant, has managed the conmpany for the past twenty-two years.
